BANSKIA AVE, ENGADINE
This renovation involved almost doubling the floor plan of this home to add a large open plan kitchen and living space, a 3rd bedroom, new bathroom, new laundry, study space and entry. In addition to the internal renovations a new entertaining space was added to the rear of the home and new decking, seating and feature wall add to the existing pool area.
This project involved completing all building work, kitchen, bathroom and laundry design, coordinating and managing additional trades, project management including management of budget and timeline.
